Sites cannot pay to be added to or moved up the directory. Submissions are evaluated against the same testing criteria as everything else on the list.
3. Adult content notice

5. User conduct
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, mirror, or rebrand any portion of the Site or its rankings; (b) attempt to manipulate rankings through automated requests, fake submissions, or coordinated reviews; (c) submit content through any contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or designed to harass another person.
We reserve the right to revoke access, remove submissions, and pursue legal remedies if these conditions are breached.
6. Limitation of liability

We keep server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and analytics. Affiliate clicks are tracked via standard URL parameters. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not require an account to read any page on the Site.
